If this is your first time logging into the website you can use your default username and password which is the first initial of your first name and your last name@cristelle For example:
John Doe would be jdoe@cristelle
Jose Perez would be jperez@cristelle
Your temporary initial password is your account number which you can find in your payment coupon or welcome letter. Please do not enter the zeros only the account number. For example:
00140010 should be entered as 140010.
Once you log in for the first time you will be able to change your username to your personal email and select a new password.
