Clubhouse- Available for rent by unit owners for private functions. Clubhouse is open the same hours as pool.
Pool Area- Hours 1/2 hour after sunrise to 1/2 hour before sunset
Residents ONLY- Guests must be accompanied at all times by Resident
Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times
Sauna- Hours 1/2 hour after sunrise to 1/2 hour before sunset
